Shirley earned her PhD from MIT’s Research Laboratory of Electronics (RLE) in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, following a BEng degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Victoria, Canada. She has passed the U.S. Patent Bar Exam and brings experience working with startup companies in software, AI, medical devices, and consumer products.
